These different courses are tailored for the customer specific needs and the equipment being utilized. These courses are intended for maintenance and technical personnel, however supervisors and managers can also benefit from this training. Training will cover safety, maintenance, calibration and I/O testing, servo testing, and advance troubleshooting. These services can be performed at one of Liburdi’s facilities or at the customer’s facility.

Liburdi’s weld engineering team have developed thousands of weld procedures, and play a key role in supporting welding projects by providing oversite of the welding program. Our welding engineers support customers by reviewing welding procedures, process, and documentation. The weld engineers also oversee welder qualifications and the development of new weld procedures (PQR & WPS) as required for the specific project.
Liburdi’s Canada and North Carolina facilities provide in-house welding and metallurgical labs that offer a multitude of services including; weld schedule and process development, code quality production welding of customer supplied parts, and metallurgical and mechanical analysis.
When additional equipment is required, or to facilitate project financing, Liburdi offers a full range of orbital welding systems in its rental fleet. Liburdi’s rental fleet spans its complete orbital welding product line of Power Supplies and Weld Heads (Closed Chamber, Open Arc, and Full Function). In addition the rental fleet contains all necessary accessories and spare parts to support the orbital welding line and these items include; OD & ID Tracks, Collets, Extension Cables, Weld Head and Power Supply Specific Spare Parts Kits, and Accessories.
