The LTS facilities are located in Dundas, Ontario and MooresvilleNorth Carolina. Both locations provide engineering and R&D support and technologies for the turbine industry as well as perfom advanced component repairs amd manufacturing. Liburdi has also established a joint venture facility in St. Petersburg called ORMA Liburdi Turbine Services (OLTS) to service the market in Russia and the former Soviet Union. OLTS is licensed to perform the Liburdi repairs, including LPM technology
