Laser welding and drilling heads 

Laser welding heads are integrated as part of the overall turnkey weld development process.  At Liburdi we develop the process with our customer and select the correct laser optics and weld heads on the market to meet the quality and productivity requirements of the application. 

Welding heads in CW and PW varieties are available from a number of manufacturers and institutes.   Liburdi can assist you to make the correct decision based on the results desired.  We work with many companies and institutes including Laser Zentum Hannover, NRC, Ecole Polytechnic de Montreal and others.

Our vision is to supply the proper tools to yield the best results.  Our patented wire feed process and head and our laser powder head designs are second to none for minimized overspray and efficiency.
